Course Information:
Fire roads, course is recommended for an experienced runner
Elevation gain and loss: 3800ft
Aid Stations: 4 (mile 3.9, 7, 10, 13) electrolyte, water, gels, salt, bananas, oranges. We are a cupless race. We recommend a handheld or hydration pack for this course.

NOTE: We don't have an official cut off time. We just ask that you maintain a 17:15 pace which would take 5hrs to complete the course. The last 6 miles are downhill.

Pre-running the course is not allowed unless it occurs on wilderness access days or docent-led activities.  Unauthorized access or pre-running the course may jeopardize our ability to offer these events. 

Pet Policy:
SORRY NO PETS ON LAND. Pets are allowed at the start/finish area.

Event Timeline:
6:00 am – park gate opens
6:45 – 7:20 am – check in
7:45 am – race start
11:45 am - Awards (announced when the overall and age group results are in for each distance)
Must be present for awards
